Early access
Privacy notice
How i.Wonder Laboratories, Inc. uses what you submit in an early-access application for Wonderland and Julius. Effective 2026-10-20.
What we collect
What you type into the application: your name, email address, the background that describes you, your skills, links to your work, the product or products you want to test, what you would build or test, why you want early access, your experience with AI agents, coding and game development, how much time you could give, and, if you choose, your time zone and the computers you could test on. You also confirm that you are 18 or older.
We record when you applied, that you agreed to this notice and which version of it, the application ID we give you, and the status of your application. To limit abuse we keep a keyed one-way hash of your network address (never the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string with the application.
Please do not include sensitive information such as health, financial or government ID details. We do not ask for them.
How we use it
- To review your application and choose testers for the Wonderland and Julius Private Alpha and Beta.
- To email you a confirmation, and later about your application and early access: invitations, test sessions and feedback requests.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We sort applications using the answers you give, for example the product you chose and how much time you have. A person reviews every application; no decision is made automatically. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorized i.Wonder staff, through a protected administration tool and the company mailbox that receives a copy of each application. It is never shown on the website. These service providers process it for us: Vercel (website hosting), Upstash (the database that stores applications), Resend (sending the emails) and Google Workspace (the company mailbox).
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser's network address is visible to Google when you open a page.
Keeping and removing your data
We keep your application until the early-access programme ends, or until you ask us to delete it. To see, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your application, reply to the confirmation email we sent you, from the address you applied with, and include your application ID if you have it.
Job applications
This section covers applications for jobs at i.Wonder made through the online application form on a role page (effective 2026-10-23).
We collect what you enter: your full name, email address, current location and, if you choose, your phone number, LinkedIn profile and GitHub or portfolio link; the résumé or CV file you upload; and your answers to the questions on the form. We record the role you applied for, when you applied, that you agreed to this notice and which version of it, and the application ID we give you. To limit abuse we keep a keyed one-way hash of your network address (never the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string.
We use it only to consider you for the role you applied for and to contact you about your application. A person reviews every application; no hiring decision is made automatically.
Only the i.Wonder hiring team can see it, through a protected administration tool. Your résumé is stored in private storage and is never available at a public link. The company mailbox receives a notice of each new application with the role and application ID only. These service providers process it for us: Vercel (website hosting and private file storage), Upstash (the database that stores applications), Resend (the notification email) and Google Workspace (the company mailbox).
We keep your application until hiring for the role has ended, or until you ask us to delete it sooner. To see, correct or delete your application, reply to any email from the hiring team about your application, from the address you applied with, and include your application ID.
Changes
If we change how we use your information, we will update this page and its effective date, and ask for your agreement again where the law requires it.
